I just wanted to say thank you for my recent order of PiP Studio cups and mugs.  My mother had purchased an original set for me for Christmas from John Lewis and it arrived poorly packed and in pieces.  John Lewis had been no help at all with replacements.

It was joy to open the box and see it all lovingly wrapped so it would arrive to us in one piece.  The pride and professionalism you have with your store was clear.  And your note was a perfect added touch.  

Large stores just don't seem to care any more.  You've reminded my husband and I why we should always order from independents.
