Well those 6 weeks have flown by, haven't they? That's right, we've reached that time of year where many of us are getting ready for the little ones to go back to school. So, if you're a parent who's reading this thinking 'oh god where has the time gone?!' and running through everything you might need to buy for the kids so they're ready to start a new (if slightly unusual) school term - then you might want to read on. Here's some goodies that might have them itching to get back into the classroom.
You may have seen that we've just had some exciting newness in from Frugi which is ideal for your back to school needs. Including backpacks, lunch bags and water bottles in a range of beautifully bright, colourful designs that are also made sustainably, you can't really go wrong with Frugi.
Sort them out with plenty of brain food with the Emma Bridgewater snack tubs, which come in a range of sizes and all stack neatly inside each other when they're empty for neat storage. Pop in snacks like grapes, carrot sticks and hummus or even some yum biscuits for a little treat on their first day back.
Stationery is of course, a must, and lucky for you we love stationery here at Daisy Park! So whether it's a handy Bookaroo notebook with all the add-ons such as a pen holder or notebook tidy, or some lovely Djeco pens or pencils for their creativity, there's something for all ages and preferences here.
Whilst stationery and backpacks might be the essentials, there's always little extras that can come in super handy when in the classroom. For example, the Cath Kidston lanyards are perfect for carrying ID cards, keys or even just other cute keyrings. If reading is often set as homework for your child, the If reading timer might be worth buying so you can set aside time for them to crack on with it whilst waiting for dinner. Simply set the time, pop it on the top of their book and leave them to it.
There's even some super handy bits for the older children, too. If they need to keep track of when they have classes, after-school clubs etc, an academic diary might be ideal for keeping in their bag. For those who might be analysing texts or buying important textbooks, the highlighter tabs are a must for marking important pages and observations.
And there's so much more! One thing you can count on in Daisy Park is wonderful designs, so we're sure there'll be a style of notebook, backpack or water bottle to suit even the fussiest of kids. Head to the 'stationery' or 'back to school' tabs on our website to have a good look yourself, or pop into our shop and ask us to show you the best bits if you like.
