Inspired by the RHS Chelsea Flower Show

Inspired by the RHS Chelsea Flower Show
As you may already be aware, this week has been the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. And if you're anything like us, you too might have been inspired to create your own floral paradise in your garden. Well, you've come to the right place. We're all about flowers right now and whilst we can't have a garden quite like the Chelsea Flower Show, we can certainly try or have other pretty floral things instead. This is what we're enjoying at the moment to feel like we're practically there.
The Star of our show: The David Austin Emma Bridgewater rose mug
Last year at the Chelsea Flower show, the award-winning David Austin came together with Emma Bridgewater to create not only an exclusive Emma Bridgewater rose, but also the glorious mug that we have today.
Emma Bridgewater's many floral designs
In case you hadn't noticed, Emma Bridgewater is a brand that takes pride in being quintessentially British. Amongst their many tributes to this country, they have created many floral designs that honour the wonderful flowers we have here in the UK. From classic roses to primroses, foxgloves and so much more. Click here to shop the full collection of flower-inspired pieces from Emma Bridgewater.
Take time to smell the flowers...
If, for you, part of the joy of being outdoors is smelling the flowers, then there is a way you can keep that smell and bring it into your home. We love a candle here, and whilst we have a huge variety of scents available, there are an abundance of floral scents. Here's a few of what we've got in the photos below.
Finding the right garden for you
If there is one thing that the Chelsea Flower Show can do, it's make us feel a little overwhelmed with where to start. There are just so many glorious gardens and sights to see on that show, and so many flowers out there! Who knew?! So, if you fancy giving your garden a refresh then maybe a good book can guide you through it, or give you a place to start. Such as 'A Year Full of Pots', which take us through what to do in each month of the year. Ideal. Or for landscaping ideas, try 'Garden Style', or 'New Decorated Garden'. There is a lot to look at but they really are beautiful books with lot's of inspiration.
Blooming by the minute: more Chelsea Flower Show inspired products
The inspiration doesn't stop with the goodies mentioned in this blog post, by the way. We have so many more products that honour the beauty of flowers in many different ways. From soaps and hand creams to gift bags and cards and stationery. Here's a few examples for you, but the best way is to see what we have to offer is to sit and have a browse on our website or even pop in for a peruse!
