Daisy Park is the trading name of Daisy Park with a registered office at Tree Cottage, Atherington, Devon, EX37 9HY

The Daisy Park store  is also based at 140 East St, South Molton, Devon, EX36 3BU

Copyrights and ownership

This website and its contents are owned by Daisy Park. Any use of the website or it's contents including copying and storing images without prior permission for commercial purposes is prohibited. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.

Payment

Payments for orders through the website can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and Switch. Payment will be debited from your account immediately by Paypal on placing the order. (A Paypal account is not necessary for payment) Payment by cheque to Daisy Park is also acceptable. Alternatively order via phone on 01769 570113 or  01769 579077 where we can take your order and payment details.

Delivery

Goods will be despatched within 7 working days of your order if the products are in stock. (Not including Bank holidays and weekends & Mainland UK) Should any of the products not be in stock, you will be advised of an approximate delivery date. Handmade furniture and signs will take upto 28 days unless the product is in stock. Please be clear with regard to your address, as additional charges for redelivery will be incurred by yourself.

However some items may be out of stock or special order.  In this instance it may take up to 28 days to deliver your goods.

Once we despatch the goods we cannot be liable for any delay by post and to this extent we will not enter into any compensation agreement due to the late delivery of any item

Cancellation

You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods under the distance selling regulations. However, returning the goods to us in the condition they were dispatched in, is your responsibility and we would either refund or exchange them.

Returns Policy

Items can only be exchanged or refunded, in their original condition, within 7 days from delivery.  Please repack the items in the original packaging.  Please note, post and packaging costs are non-refundable and at your expense.  In the event of the item being faulty, we will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange the goods.  Please allow 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call Daisy Park on 01769 570113.  Please return to Daisy Park, Tree Cottage, Tray Lane, Atherington, Devon, EX37 9HY

Prices

All prices shown do not include delivery charges but are inclusive of VAT which is currently charged at charged at 17.5%.  Postage and packing will be added at checkout.  Daisy Park reserves the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
