This website and its contents are owned by Daisy Park. We have put a lot of hard work into looking like this, so please be original and don’t copy anything. Any use of the website or it’s contents including copying and storing images without prior permission for any purpose is prohibited. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose. We might even say yes if you ask us first
Payment
There are loads of ways to pay for your goodies. We accept payment using Shopify because it is really secure. This means you can pay using Visa and Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept payment by PayPal as we know that you like to have the choice!
Payment will be debited from your account immediately on placing your order. If you prefer, you can contact us in the shop on 01769 579077 where we can take your order and payment details. We don’t hold your payment details, so will accept your payment using our in-store secure terminal.
Goods will usually be despatched the same day as your order if the products are in stock, and if ordered by 1pm on a working day. (Not including Bank holidays and weekends & Mainland UK). Should any of the products not be in stock, you will be advised of an approximate delivery date. When placing your order, please be clear with regard to your address, as additional charges for redelivery will be incurred by yourself.
Please let us know, when ordering, if you have a specific date that you must receive your order, we will pull out the stops to ensure that you get your goodies by this date. We use Royal Mail and reputable couriers, but once we despatch the goods we regret that we cannot be liable for any delay by post or courier, and to this extent we will not enter into any compensation agreement due to the late delivery of any item.
If you are ordering from overseas, you will remain liable for paying any duties, customs fees, etc as imposed by the country that the goods are delivered to. Likewise, you may also need to bear in mind that delays such as customs will be outside of our control and could affect the delivery time.
Sale and discounts conditions
Orders placed during our sales cannot be back or forward dated and no additional discounts in conjunction with any other offer can be used.
Cancellation
We comply with the Direct Selling Regulations and this means that you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your ordered goods. Please return the goods to us in the condition they were despatched within 14 days from notifying us. Once we have received them back we will refund or exchange the items, as required by you.
Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your parcel. This can be done by calling us 01769 579077 or via email at emma@daisypark.co.uk. You will then need to return the whole order to us within 14 days of notification and at your own expense if you have already received it. Once we receive the whole order back we will issue a full refund of the goods and not the postage unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our store please ensure you carefully package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.
Please note that it can take up to 7 days to process a return.

All prices shown on the website do not include delivery charges but are inclusive of VAT which is currently charged at 20%.
Postage and packing will be added at checkout.
We do try to keep our prices competitive but do reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
