Delivery and Ordering
From personal experience we know the anticipation you have once you have placed your order. It’s our aim to ease your pain and ship as quickly as possible, even within the same day. But please allow upto 7 business days for delivery. However some items may be out of stock or special order. In this instance it may take up to 28 days to deliver your goods. Also during peak times delivery may take a little longer.
Special handmade items such as shelves and cupboards are made to order and may take up to 30 days. If you have a latest delivery date in mind, please contact me in order to avoid disappointment.
Once your items are on their way to you, we will drop you a line to let you know, so you can keep an eye out for the postie.
Please email me for worldwide shipping costs outside the UK. (Eire, Italy, France, Netherlands, Belguim, Cyprus, Germany, Gibraltar are added to the system. If the items are over 2kg in weight please contact us for the best price as products over this weight are very expensive to post abroad)
We can ship to anywhere in the world but please contact us at emma@daisypark.co.uk for the best postage price.
Once we despatch the goods we cannot be liable for any delay by Post and to this extent we will not enter into any compensation agreement due to the late delivery of any item.
Ordering and payment
Simply click on the item you would like with the quantity and the item will be added to your shopping basket. Postage costs will be added at the end and are based on weight.
Daisy Park offers secure online payments through Sage Pay which accepts all major debit and credit card. If you would like to pay by cheque please make them payable to Daisy Park. Send to 140 East St, South Molton, Devon, EX36 3BU. Please include your contact details. Please allow 7 days for cheques to clear before expecting your goodies.

Alternatively you can order over the phone and pay with a debit/credit card by calling me on 01769 579077 as we now have one of those magic money swipey machines.

Packaging & postage prices
At Daisy Park we are doing our bit to help the environment, by utilising and recycling all packaging. This means that your goods may not be contained in a brand new box, but all of our packaging is clean and fit for reuse. We take pride in ensuring that you will be delighted from the moment you open the box.
Postage prices are based on weight and the current postage rates. First and standard class options are available.
We can ship to anywhere in the world but please contact us for the best postage price as parcels over 2kg to abroad incur very high postage prices.
VAT
All our prices are shown in £ sterling and include 17.5% V.A.T. but not delivery charges (which are added at checkout stage). We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
