From personal experience we know the anticipation you have to receive your goodies once you have placed your order. It’s our aim to ease your pain and ship as quickly as possible, 99% even within the same day. But please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Most of our parcels do arrive within 1- 3 days of postage via first class but please allow up to 15 days. However some items may be out of stock, special orders or adverse weather conditions and postal strikes may delay deliveries. In this instance it may take up to 30 days to deliver your goods. Also during peak times delivery may take a little longer.
In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days from the due date of delivery in the UK and N. Ireland and 28 working days from the due date of delivery for Europe and the Rest of the World - at only that point can the Post Office officially declare the parcel as lost. If it is discovered that an incorrect address has been supplied we will not be liable for the failure to deliver and may subsequently reclaim loss.
Wallpaper
NB: Please allow 21-28 days for delivery on this products as this is ordered in.
Please do not use the screen image as a representation of the wallpaper colour as this varies from monitor to monitor.
Unfortunately, we only accept returns if there is a fault with your product(s). We cannot accept returns if you decide to change your mind once your product has been ordered.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Industrial Action or severe weather conditions within the Royal Mail Service or Courier services.
Once your items are on their way to you, we will drop you a line to let you know, so you can keep an eye out for the postie.
We use a courier service for larger heavier items, so please make sure there is someone to recieve your parcel or alternatively supply us with an alternative delivery address. If no one is in to receive the parcel we are not responsible for organising collection of the parcel from your local depot. If a parcel is returned to us we will recharge you for re-delivery.
Packaging & postage
At Daisy Park we are doing our bit to help the environment, by utilising and recycling all packaging. This means that your goods may not be contained in a brand new box, but all of our packaging is clean and fit for reuse. We take pride in ensuring that you will be delighted from the moment you open the box.
Postage prices are based on weight and the current postage rates. All parcels are sent via First class with Royal Mail or a courier service.

- Up to £20 = £2.95, From £20.01 to £99.99 = £4.95

Worldwide postage - We have International postage rates on our system now, so please order as per usual way and the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All International shipping prices are weight based. Unfortunately packages over 2kg do incur higher rates but we have stuck to the Royal Mail overseas prices for these parcels and offer a competitive rate.
If at the checkout it says to contact us, your parcel maybe over our upper weight limit, if this is the case please email me at emma@daisypark.co.uk so we can get you the best shipping costs outside the UK.

Orders placed during our sales cannot be back or forward dated.Cancellation and Returns
However, returning the goods to us in the condition they were dispatched in, is your responsibility and we would either refund or exchange them. Returns policy items can only be exchanged or refunded, in their original condition, within 7 days from delivery.
Please repack the items in the original packaging. Please note, post and packaging costs are non-refundable and at your expense.
In the event of the item being faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please allow 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
