Egg tins for storing treats
We've had a great variety of egg tins this year and we're loving them all. The Emma Bridgewater ones are always a classic, but the Sara Miller ones are a slightly more sophisticated design, great for older kids who still want to feel included.
Pieces to get Easter blooming in your home
If you, like us, love to bring some spring freshness into your home then here are a few treats to help you do that for Easter. Of course the Emma Bridgewater mini eggs collection is perfect for any seasonal baking you might be doing whilst also adding a pop of those gorgeous spring pastel colours into your kitchen. We've also got some fabulous bunny table pieces, gorgeous candles and candlesticks and of course, tonnes of Easter tree decorations too.
For the fun stuff
It wouldn't be Easter without the fun stuff. Whether that's baking some treats, going on egg hunts, or getting crafty. The Talking Tables bunny basket and bunny ears are essentials for any hunting you and the little ones might be doing this year. Vert sweet and can be used over and over again. We always think a fun alternative to a chocolate egg gift is one of the super soft Jellycats, especially if it's one of their spring characters like a fluffy chick, a bunny or even an egg. They're so cute and can be kept for life. We've also got other bits and bobs such as a bunny pin from Coral & Mint which would be lovely to pop into an Easter card, and plenty of other sweet little treats.
Sending love in the post
Sending Easter cards may be a tradition not as common as it used to be, but as card enthusiasts we're always up for an excuse to send one. We love the idea of sending an Easter card to wish someone well for the spring season in general and the feeling of new beginnings that comes with it.
So there are a few of our favourite Easter treats to get you inspired. We recommend ordering your goodies sooner rather than later because again, it's sneaking up on us quickly. Whether you'll be doing much for this holiday or not, we hope the Easter weekend can provide some rest and recuperation ahead of the new season for you.
Happy Easter Daisy Parkers xx

The newbies
So who's new around here? Jellycat Jack is the face of the brand if you couldn't already tell, so he's the main new guy. But he hasn't come to Daisy Park alone, he has brought with him some of his sweetest special edition friends, such as Junglie Monkey, Fergus frog, Truffle sheep, and the gorgeous Azure bunnies.
Blooming in time for spring
Just in time for the new season, some beautiful Jellycats have been in full bloom. The amuseable daisy feels like a very important one for us to have in the shop for obvious reasons, and it's our favourite of the new plant range. But the Monstera is gorgeous too though, and so is the cactus and Bird of Paradise. They're also a fun alternative for those who simply cannot keep the real ones alive. Other furry friends who have arrived in time for spring are the adorable chicks and lambs, who would all love new homes in time for Easter (what a lovely alternative to a chocolate gift, don't you think?)
The rest of the gang
So who else has joined us in Daisy Park? The special editions and the seasonal pals have been introduced, but there are plenty of others who want to say hello. We love the new Amuseable oats, Gordy guinea pig, Archie dinosaur who has also brought his book with him, Tilly golden retriever and more. The potato and the bean are hilarious food additions, and there are also some new sporty folk like the badminton shuttlecock and the table tennis bat. Plus so much more, but we won't go on. Have a browse of our website to see the full range!

Put the kettle on, will you? We're starting with a cuppa today, because being the tea loving nation that we are, a gift related to a hot drink is usually a safe bet. We're loving the new Emma Bridgewater x Chilly's insulated cups as a gift for women always on the go, it's ideal for taking on the daily commute, school run or even just a stroll. And the designs are, as usual, gorgeous. Or for staying at home, we've got a selection of mugs that are no ordinary mugs. Many are handmade, hand decorated, made with love and special, meaning that they can be gifted with love too.
If you're wanting to take the sentimental route for this gift, we always recommend checking out our range of East of India goodies. Their selection of tiny trinkets, coasters and general homeware are all made with a special message so they feel precious but without being over the top thanks to their subtle design. Whether it is for your mum, a mother-figure, someone missing their mum, or just a friend, we're sure you'll find something to suit.
One thing we always recommend as a really fabulous gift is a Hinza bag. They're quite unusual, so it's rare that your recipient will already have one, and most importantly, they are just. so. handy. They're sturdy, they can be easily wiped clean, can be upgraded if you buy the cool bags etc, and also look gorgeous whilst doing so. Not just a pretty bag!
Accessories are often something we don't tend to buy for ourselves. That includes handy things like wash bags, to fun things like hair clips or earrings. Thanks to some of the glorious brands we stock like Powder, My Doris and more, we've got you covered for all your accessory needs. We're in love with the new Powder wash bags because they feel so spring like, and the jewellery boxes feel really luxury. Pop a pair of the fab My Doris earrings in there and you've got a special gift sorted.
If none of these ideas got your brain whirring, then feel free to have a browse of our website. We've got plenty of other goodies that might work, like a huge selection of gorgeous candles (who doesn't love receiving a candle?), beauty bits for those who love a pamper, stationery for the organised folk, and so much more. Oh, and don't forget a card! We've still got some left if you need one.

First of all, one of our biggest deliveries of the year is the Gisela Graham spring collection. With candles, jugs, tins, Easter decorations and more, it always gets us in the new season spirit.
Again, another one of our biggest deliveries of the year is Emma Bridgewater spring. This year we've already had some classic quintessential spring vibes with the wild daffodils range, but the mini eggs design has just launched this week and it's our favourite Easter range that EB have ever done. It's just perfect! Who doesn't love a mini egg, right? Pop a bag of them in one of the new bowls and it'll create the most perfect, effortlessly Easter look in no time. There's also the new wild flowers range which is one of Emma Bridgewater's more subtle designs, but still so beautiful in the way that the intricate flowers weave their way around each piece. Just lovely.
Let's not forget Jellycat in all this. Easter gifts are becoming more and more of a thing, especially as kids can so often get given so much chocolate, sometimes people want to give them a keepsake instead. Jellycat is perfect for this as their new furry friends are the cutest little spring themed characters. There are chicks and ducklings galore, plus lot's of new flowers which would bring a spring feel into the home too. We of course love the daisy.
If you want to make spring known to all of your senses, we've even got some candles to do that for you. It's such an undervalued thing to bring lovely scents into the home, don't you think? The St Eval grapefruit and lime brings a zingy and fresh scent, as does the lime, basil and bergamot scented candle from Toasted Crumpet. There are plenty to choose from, head to the candles area of our website to browse more.
So there we have the staples of our spring at Daisy Park. Grab some of these goodies and your home will be feeling like it's had a spring refresh too in no time.
]]>Filled with pastel colours that scream spring and the familiar speckled look that we all know and love, the new mini eggs design from Emma Bridgewater is our favourite Easter design they've ever done. It's just perfect. But we must say, we've only got a few pieces from this collection so get ready to grab it quickly before it's all gone.
But if you're after more than just Easter and you love the flower mugs, then the second collection might just be for you, because this one is filled with all the flowers. It's the wild flowers collection, and it's beautiful. Simple, yet intricate and elegant, we think this range is so sophisticated whilst remaining fun and colourful and like a staple Emma Bridgewater design. It brings together lot's of their other flower designs to create these glorious pieces that are reminiscent of the English countryside.
These delights aren't the only newbies in town. We've already had the first drop of the Emma Bridgewater spring collection in the form of the 'roses all my life', 'wild daffodils' and the coral edition of the 'lovebirds' ranges which are just as beautiful, plus some every day pieces such as the new union jack tray and the espresso mugs. You can shop our full collection of Emma Bridgewater goodies here on our website, have a browse now and see what takes your fancy - there's plenty to choose from.
]]>One product we think is highly underrated is a good old bar of soap. We've got loads of different kinds because we love them. They can make an easy yet effective little gift, or just a lovely treat to yourself. And we've just added to our collection through the latest brand we're now stocking, Toasted Crumpet. Their soaps are all vegan friendly, not tested on animals, made in Britain, made from pure vegetable oil and enriched with shea butter for extra moisture. They also smell divine, so you can really elevate your shower experience by scrubbing down with one of these. Plus, the smell is such great quality that sometimes they just make your whole bathroom smell lush just by sitting there on the side - so fabulous. Toasted Crumpet also do lovely hand creams plus lot's of other products like stationery, candles and even some gorgeous bone china mugs.
Not necessarily the first thing that springs to mind when you think of 'pamper' but equally a treat - lip balms. We've got some newbies in and we were just excited to tell you about them to be honest. They're made from wonky fruit which would otherwise quite often be thrown away and wasted, it's such a great idea. They're also a treat for your lips too as they're all natural so great for all skin types, enriched with vitamin E and aloe vera for extra hydration, and they smell lush too. We also stock a couple of their 'almighty balms' which are all-purpose and so handy in the winter for any dry skin or lips.
pics
Back to the theme - now that we've shown you the new goodies we'll get back to the actual theme of pampering. We've got plenty of other bath and beauty bits that are great for a pamper night, such as the Yes Studio multi-masking face mask set - it's a pack of 5 so that's a face mask for you and the girls sorted. We've also got eye gel pads for de-puffing the eyes whilst you've got the masks on and making yourself feel like you're in a film. There's headbands for keeping flyaway hairs out of the way, face cloths, manicure sets and more. Plus tonnes of candles for lighting and helping to set the cosy mood which is always an essential.
So whether it's a Galentines night or just a little night-in for yourself, we hope some of these beauty bits inspire your next pamper session. Because again, why the hell not, right?

We've got some glorious new tinware in store at the moment making us so happy. Something about the gorgeous colour palette and retro-inspired design feels so nostalgic and homely, it would certainly bring some fun back into the kitchen again on these dreary days. All that's needed is to get stuck into some baking to make use of it all!
Now that we're entering the season of love, we've got some perfect Valentine's Day gifts if you're looking. From some fabulously loud earrings, to stylish wash bags for transporting your beauty regime in style, the My Doris goodies are just so lush.
Calling stationery lovers: we've got new stuff. New notebooks, planners, journals, even pens. Our favourites are the Designworks journals as not only are they practical, they also look sleek and sophisticated. We've also got new Lamy pens for those who love a good one, including some lovely fountain pens. And do cards count as stationery? We think so. Because we've also had a delivery of beautifully bright Papersalad cards that are so cheery and perfect for this time of year when the days still feel a bit dreary.
The Jellycats just keep coming. Not only have we had the fabulous dragons in celebration of the Lunar new year, it's also Jellycat's 25th birthday this year so there have been some glorious characters released in celebration of that too such as Jellycat Jack himself! Plus some of the popular older cuties making a comeback too, it's all very exciting.
These are just a few of our favourite newbies. We've also had the first Emma Bridgewater spring launch which we're sure you've seen and is simply beautiful, new Chilly's bottles for staying hydrated in 2024, gorgeous new Powder, plus lots of sweet new trinkets from East of India, amongst plenty of other brands being new and back in. Have a browse of the website here and see if anything takes your fancy!

1. Jewellery
It might seem cliche to gift jewellery, but we think it's for a good reason. Whether it's a cute bracelet, some fabulous new earrings or a sweet necklace, jewellery is always a thoughtful gift.
2. A sentimental trinket
East of India has a great selection of sweet little somethings to pop in a card or add to a present to elevate it's thoughtful, special feel and thankfully, we've got a huge range of their goodies. Whether it's showing love to a friend or to a partner, we're sure you'll find something to suit what you're looking for.
3. Jellycat
Ok, bear with us on this one. A cuddly toy might seem like another cliche gift, but Jellycats are just so cute! And there's really nothing else to be said. There's the adorable new bunnies holding hearts, sports Jellycats for a novelty gift for sports lovers, foodie characters and more. Just check out the selection and you might see something just right and understand how it can be a fab gift.
4. Emma Bridgewater
As a brand that prides itself on providing a gift that is not just a mug, jug, plate or bowl, but a special one to keep forever, Emma Bridgewater is a great gift for the special person you want to keep forever. Treat someone to the pink hearts range for a bit of classic Valentine's vibes, or perhaps treat your partner to a dad mug to remind them how much you love them as a father, or even a friend mug to your Galentine's pal.
5. Cards
If money is tight or you're just not one for big gifts, then hey, we agree that sometimes all that's needed is a card. We have a great selection of Valentine's cards this year, but they're selling fast so grab it whilst you can and get ready to hand it over on the day.
Don't forget, we have so many glorious goodies that these few ideas are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to finding the perfect gift. Other great ideas include the Go La La rude soaps if your relationship is big on cheekiness and fun, candles for helping to create a warm atmosphere if you're having a night in together, or anything really. You know them best, after all. Have a browse of our website and see if anything tickles your fancy, and remember that we can even gift wrap for you to save you a job! Just add at checkout for £1.

The dragon characters are just so cute, we knew as soon as we saw them that we had to get them in. From the super sweet Darvin dragon, to the more mystical looking golden dragons as well as the festival dragon which is currently out of stock, but coming back soon.
You must check out the dragon bag charms too. These new portable pals are smaller than their friends, but are still so cute and could be your new good luck charm to attach to your bag and carry with you every day, especially considering the immense strength that is associated with dragons particularly in Chinese culture, one of these little guys could be a perfect luck companion.
Chinese New Year falls on Saturday 10th February this year if you're interested in celebrating, and you can read more about it by clicking on this link here. But equally, the new Jellycat collection could be for the every day. For those who just love dragons and mythical creatures, or for those who simply think they're too cute to resist. We know we can't.

This years spring launch is taking on a more girly and floral theme. The flower designs are often a favourite, so we’re excited to show you these new delights because they are as beautiful as ever. The pretty-in-pink roses design is going to be a winner for Mother’s Day gifts this year we think, it’s a gorgeous design with a vintage feel to it too.
Our favourite, however, is the beautiful wildflower design. They released the card in this design in 2023 with Woodmansterne and we instantly fell for it. It’s fresh, bright and colourful which means you can also match it with many of the other ranges you might already have. It really will feel like you’re giving your homeware a spring refresh. Just imagine giving one of these pieces as a gift alongside the card - just glorious!
It wouldn’t be an Emma Bridgewater launch without a top up of some of the every day icons. With our delivery we’ve received some old friends back in stock, so if you feel like sticking to those classics then we can help you there too. The lovely black toast design is back in stock in the form of a new espresso cup which is perfect for coffee lovers. Or the delightful Lovebirds design is back with a twist featuring a new colourway, which could be ideal for Valentine's day gifts.
Give your home a bit of a freshen up in time for spring, or get a gift in the bag ready for Mother’s Day or a birthday, whatever it is you’re interested in these goodies for, grab them now as they’ll be gone in no time.
]]>So with all that in mind, we've got some newness in the shop for you already that we'd love to show you. Just before Christmas we had a delivery of beautiful Pigeon Letters, which are nifty little things. A letter and envelope all in one, all you need is a pen and a stamp and you're ready to go. They come in packs of 6 and a variety pf beautiful designs, so they could be great for writing any thank you's for Christmas, or for if you just want to send some well wishes for 2024 to someone special.
One of our favourite brands is already brightening up our January with a delivery with their super-soft, adorable characters. You guessed it, it's Jellycat. And this collection is filled with all things Chinese New Year and Valentine's, with plenty of dragons and love hearts galore.Plus some new every day cuties too of course. If you're interested, you might want to act fast, as they're flying out and some are sold out already!
Last but definitely not least, our January sale is now on. Although the products may not be new, their lower prices certainly are! You could get ahead of the game for Christmas next year with the decorations and Emma Bridgewater that's reduced, or brighten up this so far dull January with some of the lights in the sale. There's even some Christmas Jellycat included... and so much more!

Mostly, we just want to take this opportunity to say a huge, mega thank you to everyone who has supported us this year. Whether you made a large purchase of some Emma Bridgewater, or a small one of just a card. Whether you tagged and shared us on your social media or just read our blog from time to time, we appreciate it all.
2023 has been a pretty good year for us. It has been scary and hard at times, what with the cost of living crisis and the unknown we are all currently living in. But there have been plenty of good moments too, from nationwide events that brought us together like King Charles’ coronation, to more personal moments to Daisy Park like when we finally got to visit the Emma Bridgewater factory and make a fun work trip out of it. Not to mention the endless smaller yet invaluable moments. We’re all huge foodies here so some of our favourite moments in the shop include 5 minutes of calm sipping a cuppa with plenty of biscuits (we must be keeping mcvitties in good business!), cheese straws from the market, coffee and carrot cake from The George opposite us, and the occasional pop across to Rachael’s tea room for a decadent cake from them too. We’re so lucky in South Molton to be surrounded by some truly fabulous businesses!
And finally, we got to finish off the year with another highlight which is our Christmas meal. Another year at The Ivy, and it was as special as ever. You can see a couple of photos from the night just below. What a way to finish, with a little early celebration of Amelia’s 18th birthday too.
So what more is there we can say other than thank you once again, and here’s to a brilliant 2024 for all. May it be filled with good times, health and happiness.
Merry Christmas Daisy Parkers. Have a fabulous one.
Best wishes,
Emma & the Daisy Park team xx
P.s. if you’re local and interested in our opening times over the festive period, see below for info. We’re taking a nice long break to relax and unwind and eat our body weight in goodies. We hope you do too!
]]>
First things first: postage. See below for our final dates that you need to order your goodies by to receive them in time for Christmas.
Next up: opening hours. As you can see below, we will be closed from Christmas eve (Sunday 24th) until Tuesday 2nd Jan for a well-earned rest over the festive period. It's worth remembering that although our website will still be open 24/7, any orders placed from Saturday 23rd will not be processed and sent until we return on Tuesday 2nd Jan. Sorry if this is a bit of a pain, but we are an independent, small-team business, and we need chill time too!
With the formalities out of the way, let's help you with some last minute Christmas bits, shall we?
In our opinion, one of the easiest but best last minute gifts to give is a good game. It can be given to just one person, or can cover a whole family in one, which can be super handy and save having to get multiple different gifts. This one pictured below is the 'host your own game show' game, perfect for a family.
Another easy all-round gift is a candle. This may seem bland and overrated but sometimes there is something so lovely about receiving a really good quality, special candle. Take the St Eval candles for example, they're all naturally handmade in Cornwall and genuinely smell divine. You could opt for some of their tealights and team it with a tealight holder or some matches (or both) and you'll have a really sweet present ready to go.
Some other easy, crowd-pleasing gift ideas could be: the Go La La rude soaps, because their cheekiness never fail to create some laughs when opened. They're brilliant as stocking fillers, or some people use them for funny table presents.
For kids, Jellycats are always a great present. Yes, they might already have lots of cuddly toys but do they have a Christmas one? Or maybe they collect Jellycats (lots of younger people do nowadays)? Either way, a Jellycat will nearly always go down well, whether they have 200 toys or 2.
Finally, if none of these ideas seem quite right and you just feel at a bit of a loss, sometimes the best option is to give the gift of choice. If you're ordering online it will be sent via email so you don't even need to do anything really, or if you pop in store we'll sort a physical one for you that you can pop in a card.
If you do want a card to go with it, we've got plenty of Christmas cards left on our website. We've also got some gift wrap, bags and some tags left too, click here to have a browse. But remember, order today (Sun 17th) or tomorrow (Mon 18th) for regular delivery by Christmas!
Good luck and happy shopping!
]]>The favourite five
If there's one thing that always does well at Christmas, it's the Go La La cheeky soaps. They never fail to bring a smile to people, often with plenty of laughter too. Whether it's a festive innuendo or just some every day naughtiness, if your family love a bit of potty humour, then they undoubtedly will love these.
For anyone who loves a bit of sparkle, the Coral & Mint bracelet bands are an ideal stocking filler. They're £4.50 so are great value, plus they're small and compact so can be popped in a card and into the post, which is super handy too. But also, all of their jewellery is also lovely as a stocking filler. Again, the best things come in small packages!
Everyone loves a game at Christmas. Whether it's a pub quiz in a tin, some cheesy jokes or something for the little ones, we've got a selection of mini games to bring some festive fun to the big day that will fit nicely into a stocking.
This next one is a bit random but bare with us, a silicone straw in a tin is a fabulous stocking filler, as these straws are so handy have on-the-go. With these, you won't have to worry about those annoying paper straws disintegrating before you've finished your drink. Plus they're just so cute and come in a range of lovely colours too.
Stationery is always a good go-to for gifts, including when it comes to stocking fillers. One of our favourite stationery stocking fillers at the moment are the Designworks mini notepads. At just a fiver, they're great value and are actually really handy too.
Last but definitely not least, socks. Because why not? They're a timeless classic of a gift, and everyone always needs them so you can't really go wrong. You can choose from some fun festive designs for all the family from Legami, or you can go for something a bit more stylish and get some stylish Powder socks.
]]>
It would be criminal not to start with Jellycats here. You might initially think that this brand is for children, but Jellycat is a brand that is increasingly adored by older children and beyond. We get people of all ages coming into our shop to look at the Jellycats, as well as collect them, it's crazy. But the thing is, they're just so charming that it's hard to resist! So whether you're buying for a 8-year-old or an 18-year-old, a Jellycat can be a really special gift.
Stationery can be a really great option for a practical present for all ages. But we find it can be especially handy for those who are at college or university. Most of the time there's lots of notes being taken, projects being planned or generally work being done. So a good quality notebook can be a really lovely gift to receive for an young person. We also have lots of options for children too, such as colouring books or art journals to help their creative juices flow.
If you've got kids who are just starting to get into the world of beauty, or older kids who are already into it, then take a browse through our beauty section to see if there's something you can pamper them with. This year we've got makeup-removing face cloths that are proving to be hugely popular as gifts because they're lovely but also super handy to have. There's also fun things like face mask sets, lip balms, and manicure sets that can be great gifts for a little pamper-time fun.
Another thing that's great for all ages is jewellery, if you find the right stuff. Well we think Coral & Mint definitely do the right stuff. Their earrings, necklaces and bracelets are the perfect balance of pretty but not over the top, sophisticated but still suitable for younger ages who might have only just got their ears pierced for example. They also do the sweetest bracelet bands and hairbands that are ideal for stocking fillers or for popping in cards in the post.
Now then, who doesn't love a game? We certainly do. And Christmas time always seems to be a time for games, so they can make for really great gifts. And we've got something for everyone. There are kids trivia-style games in boxes, festive escape rooms, and even a pub quiz in a tin for older kids. Plenty of fun can be had this festive season.
So whilst that summarises our top 5 present options for kids and older kids, we're sure there's more we've missed out. From kids socks to desk lights and candles for making a uni room feel more cosy, there's plenty of choice if you look around. So we'll leave you to have a little browse of the website, or if you're local, be sure to pop in and have a browse. We're always happy to help with ideas too.
]]>1. A Go La La soap
These hilariously silly soaps are so often a cause for giggling in the shop, amongst pretty much everyone including men. In fact, they even won gift of the year last year. Some of the outrageously cheeky sayings include things like knob job, soapy tit wank, sweaty bollocks, and so many more including some new festive ones. Initially bought for this brilliant packaging, they are often loved for their great quality, vegan soaps that smell fabulous too.
2. A Keith Brymer Jones mug
If you're not already aware, Keith Brymer Jones is one of the judges on the Great Pottery Throwdown. But he also known for his own pottery company that creates some gorgeous pieces, including brilliant mugs which we love. But why buy one for the man in you life? Because he too, creates some slightly outrageous and brilliant pieces. Take the 'wanker' mug, for example, or the 'grumpy' or 'knobhead' ones - what a great gift for a partner, brother or dad (or all of them). But you can also play it a bit more safe and go for something like 'dog lover'. It's also worth mentioning that they're just a brilliantly practical mug too.
3. Socks!
Yes, this one might seem a bit cliche, but it's for a good reason because there are some fabulous socks available nowadays. For example, we adore the men's Powder socks for their vibrant and quirky designs that we're sure the man in your life won't already have. Or for a festive theme, we've just got some new Christmas socks in for men too, which are also available in smaller sizes for women, and there's even kids ones so the whole family can match.
4. A good game
Feel the thrill of a racetrack with the 'host your own horse racing night' game, allow them to fulfill the role of host in our 'host your own game show' game, or get lost in a murder mystery or escape room game. Whatever it might be, our selection of games and trivias are a full-proof gift this Christmas.
5. A cook book
Because sometimes all need some inspiration for meal times right? Or maybe the man in your life is just a keen cook. Either way, a new book is always a great go-to for a gift. A firm favourite so far has been the Mediterranean inspired Tapas cookbook, or the very apt Air Fryer cookbook. Or perhaps you could combine two of his favourite hobbies and by him the 'cooking with beer' book.
Hopefully these bits can give you some inspiration, but if not then fear not, the list goes on. Emma Bridgewater mugs are always a special gift, or stationery for the man always making notes. Chilly's bottles and coffee cups are always a practical and handy gift. Or, if you want to stick to a fun theme then some of the Jellycats are great and can suit various hobbies such as their sport theme.

There are those who are obsessed, and for those who don’t know it, the world of Emma Bridgewater can be opened up to them. Although not on the cheap side, what makes these products worth it is what goes into them. And we know this to be true because we’ve seen for ourselves at the factory. Handmade with love, and even hand decorated, each item is unique which makes it a special gift. So if you choose to give one of the gorgeous mugs, for example, it wouldn’t just be ‘a mug’, it would be a special one.
Perhaps it’s cliche, but there are some beauty gifts that are just lovely to receive. This year we’re loving the Cath Kidston manicure set, and the wind up & down set from the same collection. The manicure set comes in a gorgeous little tin which can be used again for storing goodies in, so this in particular is a great gift. We’ve got lovely drawer liners which is something we might not think to get ourselves, plus lots of other gorgeous pamper-filled gifts. You can have a browse in the beauty section of our website for more.
Speaking of beauty, it’s always nice to have something to put your potions and lotions in, right? For on the go, or just for sitting pretty on the dressing table, it’s nice to be treated to a new one. The wash bags from Powder really will sit pretty on your side, thanks to their intricately designed, luxurious feeling quality. Not to mention the fact that they can actually pack loads in whilst staying a fairly compact size and shape, and they even come with a gift bag so you really won’t have to do anything.
As a tea-loving nation, it’s an essential to have something to carry your hot drink on the go. This is a great gift for all, but certainly for the busy ladies in our lives who don’t always have time to stop for a minute. Although it can also help to stop for a minute, maybe you can give it with a message that says just go for that long on a Sunday instead of cleaning the house. Whatever the reason behind it, an insulated coffee cup is always a handy gift to give.
Last but not least, we come to Coral & Mint. The Devon based jewellery company making waves with their beach-inspired, fun and great value pieces. There are some gorgeous earrings, from simple studs in the prettiest way, to bright colours or lovely huggie hoops. Their bracelets have also proved popular here, being just £4.50, ideal for slipping into a card, and just a lovely little token. Coral & Mint jewellery is a great gift for women of all ages who appreciate a little bit of sparkle and fun.

First up,we had to start with a product that has been proving popular consistently since we got them: the cowboy boot matches. We're still not sure what it is about them (although it's probably simply because they're pretty cool), but people love them! They make for a unique gift that we're sure your recipient won't already have, that also proves to be useful as they'll hold matches at the ready for getting the candles going. Or to mix it up again, we've just recently got the sibling product: cowboy hat incense holders. These give a more moody cosy feel to a room and again make a quirky and fun present. They both retail at £15.
Now, we know this can get overlooked as a gift for it's reputation of being 'boring' or not needed, but it wouldn't feel like a gift guide without a mug. And the Keith Brymer-Jones mugs aren't just any old mug. They're different, they're fun, and yet they're still really practical and an ideal size for a cuppa. Our favourite is the new grumpy mug, or the new twat mug. Great for the grumpy twats in your life! (said with love of course). All £14.95 each.
This next product is actually dead on £20, but we just love it so much we couldn't resist sneaking it in. It's the St Eval Christmas pillar candles. Not only do they smell utterly gorgeous and literally like Christmas in a candle, they also look it too. Subtle, but still a festive look that brings a little sparkle into any room. They come packaged in a beautiful box too, so it really feels like more than your ordinary candle gift.
A good notebook or journal is always a safe bet for a gift in our opinion, especially for any stationery lovers out there. Because so often we just use scraps of paper, or an old notebook we find in a drawer. So a good quality one such as the Standard Issue journals we have from Designworks (£18), feels like a real treat to receive. Or there are other, smaller notebooks from Designworks that are gorgeous, plus notebooks from Bookaroo, or Peter Pauper Press that are lovely, most being under £20. Browse the stationery area of our website to see more!
Finally, our fifth contender in this weeks gift guide is the humble cracker tin. At just £11, this is one of those great gifts that starts simple but can be made into a truly lovely one quite easily. Once you've got your cracker tin, all you need to do is fill it with some great quality cheese and chutney and you're done! A great gift for foodies, and a great gift for those you might feel have everything, because onces it's eaten, it's pretty much gone. We recommend the cracker tins year after year as they're just great gifts.
So those are our top 5 presents for under £20, but there are so many more throughout our website. Other favourites of ours includes some new hot water bottles, some of our great coffee table and cook books, beauty bits like face cloths and manicure sets, more stationery bits, lovely lights and so much more. Have a look at these pictures below for more inspiration, and get stuck into our website to see more too. Happy shopping Daisy Parkers!

The one thing you'll find all over our displays are decorations of all sorts to bring Christmas to life in your home. From classic baubles to quirkier, novelty decorations, candles, fairy lights and more. This year we're loving our football decoration as we really got into the Lionesses world cup, plus we always love a Shoeless Joe decoration for their fun, unusual style.
If you are a local, you might have noticed that we've done our Christmas displays a little differently this year, and we love it. We've dedicated a whole dresser to our Emma Bridgewater Christmas collections because, well, why not eh? It deserves it, after all. Our favourite mug in this years collection is the Midnight Hare mug, the blue hues are gorgeous and we love the wintery, cold feel. But we also love the cChristmas Toast mince pies plate because it feels timeless and classic, and we love mince pies.
For bringing warmth and cosiness into your home, we've got more candles and lights than ever this Christmas. From the lovely robin lights that we had last year and were really popular, to new disco ball lights, holly style lights and more. There's even fairy lights for your hair! A great accessory for the work Christmas party we think. Harness the power of smell with a candle that smells like all the nostalgia and loveliness of the festive season. The St Eval Orange and Cinnamon scent is a firm favourite, as are the Country Candle Co's various scents. Choose from tonnes of glorious candles on our website.
As huge believers in the humble greetings card, we of course have a great selection of Christmas cards once again, and so there is a space for them amongst our displays. Whether you're after a pack to send out to everyone you know, or just a select few individual cards for those closest to you, we've got you covered.
Along with all these goodies that we would argue are essentials for the festive season, we've also made space for another essential: the fun stuff. Because what else is Christmas for besides eating great food with great people? We love a game, so we've got plenty to give as gifts or just to bring along and whack out at the table after dinner. There's the cutest Jellycat seasonal characters for fabulous gifts, mini mugs and jugs for gifts too, and so much more. If you want to explore, just head to the Christmas section of our website and go from there. Or, of course if you're local, just pop in and say hi!

First up - The Silicone Straw Company
This product is basically the definition of 'you didn't know you needed it until you have it'. Vegan and child friendly, made in the UK and handily packed in a little tin, these straws could be your new handbag essential. You'll never have to put up with a soggy paper straw again! They're surprisingly chewy which is good to know for kids use, and they're just great fun thanks to their bright colours. Oh, plus they're 100% plastic free of course, always good to know.
Pamper treats
The colder season always feels like the time to really get stuck into a bit more pampering. There's more of an appeal to finishing off a long day with taking your makeup off, running a hot bath with some gorgeous products, followed by a hot water bottle to keep the cosy feeling continued. So we've got what you need to achieve that. Super soft, sustainable face cloths? Check. Shower cap or hair turban depending on if it's hair-wash-day or not? Check. Scrumptious soaps? Check. Hot water bottles? Check! Head to our bath & beauty section to see these and more, whether it's a treat for yourself or getting ready for the gifting season.
Cosy season candles
Sticking to that cosy vibe with a hint of festivity, allow us to introduce you to yet more Christmas candles. These ones from Designworks are a little unique though, thanks to their tall, slim design. It feels a little like a more modern Christmas style, which we love. But, of course they still smell like that classic, timeless festive season.
Rachel Ellen - kids treats and fabulous cards
If there's one thing we love and we think you'll love about Rachel Ellen, it's their great value kids goodies. For this reason, we simply had to get our hands on some of their Christmas themed treats this year. Plus they're so cute, and make for ideal stocking fillers or great 'little extra' gifts. We also love their fabulous cards. They're always so bright and colourful and fun which is an essential when wishing someone a happy birthday, right? And with some new designs in stock, our card selection is certainly looking as bright and jolly as ever.

Let's begin with the most beautifully wrapped soaps you ever did see. It's The English Soap Company. Inspired by a bygone era and the beauty of the natural world around us, The English Soap Co's products are truly gorgeous. Not only are they vegan, plastic free, and wrapped in recyclable packaging, they are also just simply excellent quality with strong scents that last for ages and oh-so beautifully presented! We've got the lovely Christmas soaps that make for ideal stocking fillers, or you can buy a set of products for a glorious gift.
Now onto our trusty friends Heathcote and Ivory, who's products are always a great go-to. From 'little somethings' to your main gift sorted, this company always know how to help you out not just at Christmas, but all year round. The classic William Morris collection is a lovely idea for anyone who loves that classic style, but the scents are also always divine. Or there's the new Love and Revival range which is all about reconnecting with yourself and nature, and inspired by that iconic 70's style and the hippie vibes that come with it. Beautifully packaged, with a positive message behind it and all smelling fabulous as per.
Many of you will have heard of Sara Miller. Made for those with a sophisticated taste yet still incorporating vivid colours and busy design, these products feel quite special. Treat yourself to one of the cosmetic bags for travelling in style, or gift one of the boxed handcreams to someone who deserves a bit of elegance.

First thing's first, have you seen our window display? We popped all over our socials this week because it rivals Christmas as our favourite window of the year. It's just so fun to get stuck into with props and fun themes, and this year was no exception. Em had such fun buying potion bottles, witches hats and more.
Are you having a Halloween do this year? Perhaps a fun-filled extravaganza for little ones, or a horror film night with friends. If you are, then you must consider treating yourself to some of the Emma Bridgewater Halloween collection. Not only are the designs really cute and fun, but they're also ideal for displaying your snacks on for an effortless but fabulous spread.
Introducing you to your newest scary film companion. Perfect for hiding behind during the spookiest scenes in horror films, the new Jellycat Halloween characters are just so cute, and will bring that touch of the season into your home. Our favourite has to be Greta Gremlin because she looks like she could cause some chaos when you're fast asleep at night...
And now for the finishing touches. Complete with decorations and candles, Talking Tables has you covered. The velvet pumpkins were a hit last year, so we had to get them back. Spruce up any table spread by dotting a few of these around, along with the funky new pumpkin candles. Or if you're going for a witchy theme, some of the glass bottle Designworks candles we sell certainly have the look of potions and poisons in bottles. They'll create a moody and atmospheric look whilst remaining subtle and still making your home smell lovely.

One of the best things about Autumn is a walk through the orangey leaves with a chill in the air. There's something so refreshing about it after a summer of warm weather (not that we had much this year!). If you need some help staying warm as the weather starts to turn though, then we might be able to inspire you. The new Powder autumn/winter collection has arrived and is making us feel oh-so ready for cosy season. With gorgeously luxurious quality materials and beautiful design, the gloves, wrist warmers, hats and socks are so perfect for the new season. They also make for fabulous gifts too, as they come with their own little gift bag for free. So for anyone getting onto their Christmas shopping, these could be a fab option. Be sure to check out the full Powder collection here!
chilly's
If a new pair of gloves isn't quite enough to keep you warm as the temperature continues to drop, then a hot drink in hand certainly helps too. We're a little bit in love with the new Emma Bridgewater x Chilly's coffee cup design Dogs in the Woods, the colours just scream autumn! And that's all there really is to it. Just imagine taking it on a crisp, cold walk amongst the orangey leaves, perhaps with pup in tail. Heaven.
candles
It wouldn't be an autumn blog post without the mention of candles, would it? This really is the season for candles. Not only do they add a welcoming warmth to your home, but the scents available at this time of year are just fantastic. Our particular favourites for autumn have to be The Country Candle Company's cinnamon and apple scent, or the vanilla spiced orange scent. They're warm and spicey enough to bring a snuggly feel to your home without being overpowering, just glorious. Alternatively, to get into the spirit of Halloween, we've got the fabulous pumpkin shaped candle from Talking Tables this year. It's unscented, but it's so cute and a great way to decorate for spooky season in a stylish way.
halloween
Now then, last but certainly not least and on the topic of pumpkins, let's talk Halloween. Whilst Autumn is not solely about Halloween, it has definitely become a big part of it. Of course we will dedicate an entire blog post to one of our favourite times of the year, but we couldn't resist giving it a mention here also. So, when you're ready to get into the spooky season spirit (pardon the pun), we've got you covered. With Emma Bridgewater covering your homeware for it, and Jellycat and Talking Tables sorting you out with the fun stuff, we're sure you'll be having a happy Halloween. Shop now by clicking here, and be sure to keep a lookout for our window display!

Let's start with a firm favourite amongst out tinware collection: cracker tins. They're always handy to have, and make for such great gifts too - just fill them with crackers, and get some cheese and chutney to go with it. Sorted! They're always popular at Christmas for this reason (we're sure you'll agree that we all can't get enough of the stuff as soon as those sleigh bells start ringing). But still, as we said, they're handy all year round too.
Speaking of Christmas, how cute is the festive tinware? Again, great for a gift if you're not sure what to get. We suggest going for the Christmas Biscuits tin and filling it with exactly that. Maybe even the homemade kind for an extra sentimental touch.
Now, let's not dwell on the festive season too much yet, as excited as we are we agree it's still a bit early. So let's stick to the everyday shall we? One of our newest favourites is the brighter world ridged. Not only is it beautifully bright and colourful, it's also nice and secure if you want to pop tea bags in it. There's also the dig the garden string tin, which is perfect for those green-fingered folk, and the always popular small tin trays, the perfect size for a cuppa and a few biscuits, and such a bargain at £5!
So, if you can't already tell, we just love our tinware, and we hope you do too. Whilst these were a few of our favourites, there's plenty more to choose from if you click here to head to the page on our website.
Happy shopping Daisy Parkers!

Apples, blackberries, the first of the squash, and many more fruits and vegetables are the epitome of Autumn, don't you think? Many of the Emma Bridgewater mugs and other pieces celebrate this delicious produce so well. We love the blackberries French bowls for serving up a warming crumble in, or the apples mug for the first of many cosy cuppas on the sofa. The 'into the woods' collection moves away from fruit and veg but still encapsulates autumn with it's orange hues and wildlife that makes us think of an autumn walk.
Do you know about the Harvest Moon? Apparently, once a year every year, usually in September, there is an early full moon that shines bright for a few days. Traditionally, this would help farmers harvesting the last of the summer crops, hence the name. The Emma Bridgewater harvest moon mug is one of our seasonal favourites, the history behind it making it feel extra special for this time of year.
With apples dropping left right and centre, that means one thing: plenty of cider. We're big lovers of cider here at Daisy Park (perhaps due to our south westerly routes?), so we had to have a nod to it somewhere in our shop, and the Asta Barrington cider tray does the job fabulously. It's perfect for serving up an ice cold one on the last of the balmy days, or equally for bringing out some mulled cider as the weather starts to turn colder, just lovely.
And finally, we couldn't miss out good old Jellycat, could we? Some of the fruit and veg is such a fun way of bringing autumn or the harvest into your home, such as the apple, the squash, leek or even some of the Halloween-y characters if you're feeling ready for spooky season.
So many of us love summer. But there are so many joys to September, Autumn, and the season of harvest. So embrace it! And let's make the most of this month and start getting ready for the colder seasons and all that comes with them.

First thing's first, if you're starting from scratch: if in doubt, start with a pencil case. It's always fun for kids to get a new one, but they are also really handy and practical too, of course. We've got a few to choose from, for both younger and older children.
Our diaries from Peter Pauper Press are not only decorated with gorgeous designs, but are also ideal for anyone who goes by the academic year as they start in September, how handy! They also last for 16 months rather than the usual 12, so you're really getting your moneys worth.
Staying hydrated is important all day every day, and that includes at school, college, or uni lectures. Keep your kids' water levels topped up with a good old Chilly's bottle and we're sure they'll thank you for it.
Now for the fun stuff. As a shop that loves its stationery, we pride ourselves on selling some fabulously nifty bits and bobs. From the Bookaroo 'books n stuff' pouch that can carry notebooks, tablets/iPads and more, to little packs of cute highlighters, stylish rulers, notebooks galore and so much more. You only need to step foot on the stationery section of our website to see what a great selection we have. In fact, you can go there right now by clicking here.
And finally, let's end on a sentimental note, shall we? Many of you might be getting ready to say goodbye to your 'little ones' as they head off to uni for the first time. If you feel like getting them a little something to wish them luck, help them feel brave, or just to remind them of home, then look no further than East of India. They're trinkets are always so sweet and make for great little gifts, even if it's just a little treat to if they're feeling nervous about going up to 'big school'. Whatever it might be, we're sure we can help you find something to share the love.

Now, we all know that we don't really need any more mugs, and we're sure we're not the only ones who have to put themselves on a mug ban every so often... but, these new ones might have to be an exception. They really are gorgeous, thanks to their quirky design and subtle yet slightly abstract style. Plus there's a jug in the same sort of style, which is equally as divine.
Being on-the-go never looked so good with these travel accessories. From washbags to travel pouches and cardholders, and even a stylish weekend bag, we've got some truly stunning travel accessories from Caroline Gardner right now. So if you've got some travel plans coming up, now might be the time to update your makeup bag and co.
Now for the extras. It wouldn't be Daisy Park if we didn't indulge in our stationery addiction a little, would it? We've got some lovely new boxed pens which we think could make great back-to-school gifts, plus the most glorious keyrings, also perfect as little gifts. We think the car keyring would be great for someone who's recently passed their driving test.
If you're a lover of stationery, a good mug, travel goodies and just all things lifestyle, then head to the Caroline Gardner page on our website and have a little browse at these truly gorgeous goodies.
]]>We've had some goodies in from this brand before and we loved them so much that we simply had to get more. Contemporary and sleek, these newbies will have you living that stylish lifestyle in no time. There's some fabulous stationery that perfectly combines sleek with novelty which we love. Plus some gorgeous candles in quirky glass jars and many jars of matches to go with them. The cowboy boot matches are a firm favourite, you should definitely check them out.
Sticking to the candle theme, these next ones are great for a celebratory gift such as a birthday. Not only do they have some truly gorgeous scents, but each one has been decorated with sparkly sprinkles and colourful sequins so they feel that little bit more special. We're also stocking Wild Olives lip balms which we love mostly just for the super convenient packaging of a sliding tin. How handy! It's also good to know that all of Wild Olives products are 100% natural for less of an environmental impact.
More stylish stationery. You can probably tell we're a bit addicted to the stuff. This time it's in the form of delicious boxed notecards, pencil cases and more notebooks. Here for all your card-writing, list-writing, pen-storing needs. And that's really all there is to say. What more could a stationery lover want?
We're in love with this new stuff. With it's rustic style and pops of colour that still remain subtle, you can transform yourself to a Mediterranean paradise with these new ceramics and melamine pieces and bring your holiday to your home.
Do you watch The Great Pottery Throwdown? If so, the name Keith Brymer Jones might sound familiar. And we just love his stuff. His Word mugs are so simple yet stylish, and super functional as well so they can be used time and time again for a cuppa. We've got a fabulous selection of the designs, our favourites being some of the more cheeky ones...
That's right, you read the correctly, we're already preparing for next year. Scary, we know. But in this day and age, when we're all so busy all the time, it's good to get planning ahead. Also, we're pleased to say that we've got more of the slim pocket diaries this year as you guys seemed to love them so much last year. Because when you ask, we listen.
Write, fold, send is the name of the game with these Pigeons sets. If you love the old tradition of letter writing, then you'll love them as much as we do. As a card, and envelope all in one, all you have to do is add the stamp once you're done, so handy. And so cute too!
These new Emma Bridgewater designs for Chilly's are just gorgeous. We particularly love the Dogs in the Woods coffee cup design, it'll be perfect for taking hot drinks out on a walk amongst the crunchy leaves in Autumn.

Let's dive straight in and get sentimental, shall we? Sometimes, it can be difficult to put into words how much someone means to us, so a simple yet meaningful trinket can be the best way to do this. East of India's choice of various hangings, coasters, trinket dishes and more offer sweet sayings to brighten someone's day.
Need a card to go with it? We've got a wide selection of beautiful cards here at Daisy Park. Be it fun-filled, humorous ones to sweet, sentimental ones or just pretty ones with a lovely picture.
Now, we know friendship isn't necessarily about showering each other in gifts all the time, if anything it can be the opposite: a quiet but stable support system that might not always be around, but will always be there in times of hardship. But! Having said that, sometimes it's just nice to spoil them isn't it? An Emma Bridgewater mug is always a special gift, or perhaps if you've got a favourite tipple you could gift them an Asta Barrington tray with it on, to use whenever you go to their house for it.
So many possibilities, and so many occasions! So if you've got a bestie that you want to give a special gift to, we hope this blog post provided you with some inspiration. If you want more, just have a browse of our website and see where it takes you. You never know what you might find...
]]>First things first: coffee. Which was served upon arrival with a cheeky pastry too. Lovely. Once we'd settled in we got down to business, literally. The girls took us through some stats and most excitingly, some new designs coming out later this year. We got a picture with Emma and a very brief but nice chat.
Next up was the factory tour. We all agreed that seeing all the processes that go into creating each product gives you a new found appreciation for Emma Bridgewater's products. More than ever, we really feel we can vouch for how special each piece is. Made with love, care and dedication, all to ensure you have a special gift for a special someone.
One of our favourite parts of the day was the pottery painting, which we highly recommend if you ever go for a visit. It's great fun and also feels like a mindful moment of calm to do something nice. You can choose from a range of their pieces to decorate. Lindz went for a 10.5" plate, Lizzie a 8.5" plate, and Em for a 1/2 pint jug, we'll receive them in a few weeks once they've been processed. So you get a lovely little package to open up too.
Next came lunch, which was in the form of an afternoon tea filled with sandwiches, cakes and scones and really hit the spot. Of course the tables were lined with table cloths, napkins and crockery in all of those gorgeous patterns and looked delightful. Then we were let loose in the shops. There's a seconds shop and a normal gift shop and goodness it was all so tempting. Of course we all came away with bags of the stuff, and we all had to restrain ourselves from buying more.
And that was it! The day was over in a flash and before you know it we were back in the car heading home. We all agreed that we couldn't recommend a day out to the EB factory enough. If you're a fan of the pottery, it's a real treat to witness the goings on of it all. We'd like to thank Emma Bridgwater for treating us to a lovely day and showing some appreciation for your stockists. We may just have to pay another visit in the future.
