This page is devoted to answering any questions that you may have regarding our products or services. We endeavour to be as helpful as possible and hope that this FAQ covers any issue that you may have.

Do you ship abroad and if so, what's the delivery charge?

Naturally, cost of shipping abroad is dependent on what you intend to buy. Email a list of what you’re after and we'll weigh it all and get you a quote so that you can make your mind up before you commit.

If I buy something that doesn't look quite right once I receive it, can I return it?

No problem at all.  Please either email me or call with the problem. All goods sold are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, which allow for a seven day 'cooling off' period during which you may cancel your order (in writing) by sending us a letter, fax or e-mail at any time up to and including the seventh working day after the day on which you received your purchase.

Goods must be returned to Daisy Park within 14 days after date of receiving the item, for a full refund or exchange, provided that faulty goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect, will be exchanged or refunded, where possible within the first 14 days of purchase.

Damaged goods must be reported to Daisy Park within 48 hours of delivery of the goods. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported.

Please note: We cannot refund postage costs

Can I cancel my order?

Your Right to Cancel: you may cancel your order (once accepted by us), for any reason, up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

How quickly do you post orders out on the standard delivery rate?

If the product is in stock we will endeavour to get it out to you in the same day.  But please allow up to 7 days for delivery providing the products are in stock.  If not please allow upto 28 days.

Rustic handmade signs and handmade furniture will take longer as they are made to order.  Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Can I commission a different saying on a rustic handmade sign?

Yes certainly.  Please let me know what you would like, along with colour of the sign you would like.  I can also make the signs longer or shorter. Please ask for a quote.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes of course, our order number is 01769 579077 and is available between Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm - 9.30am to 3pm on Wednesday & Saturdays. If we don't answer you call immediately please leave a message and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you have a catalogue?

Yes. We have produced our first Daisy Park catalogue due to demand from our customers, so if you would like one please email, write or phone with your name and address and we will send one out to you ASAP. Whilst we would of loved to of had everything in the catalogue we had to be selective, so not everything that is on the website is in it.

Do you supply trade/wholesale?

Unfortunately no, as we are not in a position to supply trade at this moment in time, sorry. We also don't provide information regarding our suppliers.
